Order Process

LUMSET provides a streamlined, professional order process to ensure efficiency, quality, and global compatibility for all our clients. Here’s how we work together from your initial inquiry to long-term cooperation:


1. Inquiry & Quotation

Submit your requirements by contacting us via email or inquiry form. Please include:

  • Product model or category

  • Technical specifications (voltage, size, LED type, etc.)

  • Required quantity (MOQ is 100 meters for most products)

  • Target country or application environment

We will respond within 24 hours with a detailed quotation including unit price, lead time, shipping options, and any technical suggestions.


2. Sample Confirmation

Before bulk orders, we strongly recommend sample testing. We offer:

  • Pre-production or standard samples

  • Sample lead time: 3–7 working days

  • Optional color or voltage customization for evaluation

  • Full documentation support (spec sheets, test reports, certifications if applicable)

This step ensures the product matches your expectations before mass production.


3. Proforma Invoice & Deposit

Once details are confirmed:

  • We issue a Proforma Invoice (PI)

  • 30% deposit is required to start production

  • Bank transfer (T/T), PayPal (for small amounts), and LC (for large orders) are accepted

  • Payment terms can be adjusted for long-term clients


4. Mass Production & Quality Control

After receiving your deposit, production will proceed with the following steps:

  • Raw material procurement and preparation

  • Production scheduling and component assembly

  • 100% aging test for lighting products

  • Visual inspection and functionality testing

  • CE/RoHS compliance verification where required

All products are carefully inspected by our QC team prior to packaging.


5. Balance Payment & Shipment

  • We notify you when production is complete and provide final inspection photos/videos

  • You settle the remaining 70% balance

  • Shipment is arranged via your preferred method:

    • Express (DHL/UPS/FedEx)

    • Air freight

    • Sea freight (FOB, CIF, or DDP)

  • Tracking number or Bill of Lading will be provided for logistics follow-up

We ensure proper export packaging and labeling for all international shipments.


6. After-Sales Support

LUMSET offers comprehensive support after delivery:

  • 1–2 year warranty depending on product

  • Technical support for installation and operation

  • Prompt response for replacement or repair inquiries

  • Spare parts or additional accessories available upon request

  • Local agent/distributor coordination support if needed
