Inquiry & Quotation

We reply within 24 hours with pricing, lead time, shipping options, and technical suggestions.

  • Product model or category
  • Key specifications (voltage, size, LED type, etc.)
  • Quantity (MOQ starts from 100 meters for most LED strip products)
  • Target country or application environment

Sample Confirmation

Recommended before bulk production to confirm performance and fit.

  • Standard samples or pre-production samples
  • Sample lead time: 3–7 working days
  • Optional customization for evaluation (e.g., color or voltage)
  • Documents: spec sheets, test reports, certifications (when applicable)

Proforma Invoice & Deposit

Confirm details, then we start production with a deposit.

  • We issue a Proforma Invoice (PI)
  • 30% deposit to start production
  • Payment methods: T/T, PayPal (small amounts), L/C (large orders)
  • Terms can be adjusted for long-term partners

Mass Production & Quality Control

Process control + inspection to keep quality consistent.

  • Material preparation and production scheduling
  • Assembly and process control
  • 100% aging test (for lighting products)
  • Visual inspection and functional testing
  • CE/RoHS verification when required

Balance Payment & Shipment

Final inspection provided, then shipping is arranged to your preference.

  • Final inspection photos/videos provided
  • Pay the remaining 70% balance before shipment
  • Shipping: Express (DHL/UPS/FedEx), Air, Sea (FOB/CIF)
  • DDP available upon request (depending on destination)
  • Tracking number or Bill of Lading provided

  • 1–2 year warranty (depending on product)
